We make every effort to provide our customers with up to date availability and pricing. However, we recommend you confirm via phone, text or email before placing orders. We require a minimum 48 hour notice for pick up or delivery of B&B material with no changes to delivery date or quantity

Please provide as much notice as possible for deliveries. We need 48 hours to dig trees and work orders into our delivery schedule. Deliveries are available on our 24’ flatbed trucks as well as common carriers (tractor trailers). Please have equipment and manpower on the job site to unload when our truck arrives. We allow 1 hour to unload 24’ flatbeds and 3 hours to unload tractor trailers. A $50 per hour charge will be assessed for each hour exceeding that time. Our drivers are not required to wait while trees are placed at the planting site. Please call for delivery rates.

We make every effort to provide our customers with the trees they require on a year-round basis. During the driest times we often have to water, spray with anti-transpirants & acclimate trees. At these times, additional fees may apply. Please call for pricing.

We guarantee our plants to be healthy and true to name. We offer no warranty expressed or implied on plant material once accepted by the customer. In no circumstance will our liability exceed purchase price.
